First, they come for our weak

Then, they come for our poor

Then, they knock down the visitor’s door

Shove the other to floor

Next, you deport

Now is the hour of our national shame

There’ll be time enough in future days to sort out all the blame

Let me prop up the prophetic critique

We will focus all our lenses on the outcome that we seek

Will you beg for forgiveness

If I grant this conceit

You will say things, repeat, then delete

Pick a fight to compete 

Deny defeat

I distill anomie

I embody ennui

Challenge: love enemy

We defy orange decree

Now is the time
